Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies when paid ImageTwo subscriptions or credit packs become available. Paid checkout is not currently enabled. When enabled, Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases and handles payment processing, applicable tax, receipts, subscription billing, and approved refunds.

You may cancel a subscription at any time using the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or account billing controls. You may also contact info@chatgptimage2.com from the email address associated with the purchase.

Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access and included credits remain available until that period ends. Canceling does not by itself refund an already completed payment.

To request a refund, use the support or refund link in your Paddle receipt, visit Paddle buyer support, or email us with the purchase email and transaction reference. Eligibility is assessed under Paddle's current refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

If the service has a persistent technical defect or materially fails to provide the purchased features, contact us so we can investigate. If a refund is approved, access and unused purchase entitlements associated with the refunded transaction may be removed.

ImageTwo credits are non-transferable service-use entitlements with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, resold, or used outside ImageTwo. Except where required by law or approved under the refund process above, consumed credits are not refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Where local law or Paddle's applicable buyer terms provide greater cancellation or refund rights, those rights control. For product support, contact info@chatgptimage2.com.
