广州码蚁科技有限公司 operates ImageTwo and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy requests may be sent to info@chatgptimage2.com.

Account information may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile image, session information, IP address, and browser or device details.

Creative content may include prompts, selected settings, temporary reference images, generated images, task identifiers, and private generation history. We also process security and diagnostic events needed to operate the service.

We use this information to authenticate users, provide generation and history features, enforce credits, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not currently sell personal information or use uploaded reference images for advertising.

Information is processed by providers supporting Google sign-in, Vercel hosting and private object storage, managed database infrastructure, and the configured image-generation API. Reference images and prompts are sent to the image provider when you request generation. These providers may process data in countries or regions outside your location under their own security and legal obligations.

Reference images are stored in private object storage and scheduled for deletion within approximately 48 hours. Generated images and prompt history remain linked to your account so that you can revisit them, until the account or content is deleted or retention is no longer necessary.

Authentication, security, and transaction records may be retained longer where required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law.

ImageTwo uses essential cookies or similar storage to maintain secure sign-in sessions and application state. The current free launch does not use advertising cookies.

We use account-based access controls, private storage, short-lived signed image URLs, encrypted transport, task ownership checks, and server-side credit enforcement. No online system is completely secure, so please avoid submitting content that is not necessary for generation.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Email your request from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

ImageTwo is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date or an in-product notice.
