ImageTwo is operated by 广州码蚁科技有限公司 (“ImageTwo”, “we”, or “us”). These terms apply when you access the website, create an account, upload a reference image, generate an image, or use saved history.

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

New accounts currently receive one promotional credit. Promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be withdrawn where fraud, automation, duplicate-account abuse, or other misuse is detected.

Paid plans and credit purchases are not currently enabled. Prices shown on the site are advance product information only and do not create a purchase, subscription, or payment obligation. Separate purchase and refund terms will be presented before paid checkout is activated.

You retain any rights you hold in prompts and reference images you submit. You authorize us and our infrastructure and image-generation providers to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service.

You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to upload and use submitted content. Generated output may resemble existing people, styles, brands, or works and may contain errors. We do not promise that output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular commercial use.

Do not use ImageTwo to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual content; distribute malware; bypass security or credit controls; overload the service; or attempt to access another user’s account, uploads, tasks, or history.

Image generation, authentication, hosting, storage, and database functions depend on third-party services. Generation time and output availability may vary. We may suspend or change features to address security, legal, capacity, or provider issues.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or stored-content deletion by email.
